List events

Polling triggers, newest first, one type at a time. Each event's id is unique per occurrence: dedupe on it. Poll every few minutes with since for only newer events; page back with before while pages come back full.

post.published: a post went out (replies Postel sent are left out).
post.failed: a publish failed. A post that fails twice fires twice.
draft.ready: a post Postel wrote for you is waiting in Review (plans with For You).
viral.new: a post taking off in your niche (Professional, Team and Enterprise; empty otherwise).
