the secret to becoming an expert is embarrassingly boring: build in public, write down what you learned and the process behind it, teach all that to someone, help them ship repeat for a few years, and you're solid

The openings behind them
Too few creator posts went viral in these weeks to say which openings worked.
How we count
Postel's library follows thousands of individual creators on X: founders, builders, writers and other people posting as themselves. Brands, news and fan accounts, politicians and aggregators are kept out. This page reads their original English posts from Oct 26 – Nov 1, 2026, leaving out replies and reposts.
A post counts as viral when it gets at least 3 times its creator's usual views and 10,000 views in all. A creator's usual is the median views of their posts over the 60 days before the period ended, leaving out posts younger than three days. Comparing each post with its own creator means a big account's ordinary post doesn't count, and a small account's unusually big post does.
A model then reads every viral post, sorts it into a topic by what it's about, and leaves out politics, gossip, news about other people, health claims, get-rich pitches, giveaways and anything else this page shouldn't feature. A second, stricter model approves each post before it's shown with its creator's name. The list ranks the approved posts by how far each beat its creator's usual, one post per creator. Openings are sorted by the plain rules in the table.
Every post links to the original on X. Creators: if you'd rather your post weren't on this page, send its link through the contact form and it comes off within a few days.

Questions
What creator posts are going viral on X right now?
From Oct 26 – Nov 1, 2026, 7 creator posts from 4 creators in Postel's library went viral (each got at least 3 times its creator's usual views and 10,000 views in all) and passed its content check. The 3 that beat their creator's usual by the most are on this page, with a link to each on X.
What do viral creator posts have in common?
Too few posts went viral in this period to say. The page fills up again as Postel's library tracks more posts.
How does Postel decide a post went viral?
A post counts as viral when it gets at least 3 times its creator's usual views and 10,000 views in all. A creator's usual is the median views of their posts over the 60 days before that week ended (leaving out the last three days). The topic comes from what the post is about, not from who wrote it.
How often is this page updated?
Every Tuesday. It covers the last full week (Monday to Sunday), so a topic has enough posts to show what's working.
I'm on this list. Can I have my post removed?
Yes. Send the post's link through the contact form at postel.app/contact and it comes off this page and every page like it within a few days.
